I’m a hard worker, with 10 years experience in web design. The last few years I have mostly been working with app design, and have tried every trendy design methodology under the sun. I love working with other designers and really thrive working closely with development teams. The nerds are my people!
I can speak Norwegian to a satisfactory level. For example: I will reply to emails and attend meetings in Norwegian, but I’m not making great jokes at the coffee machine about Ibsen yet. Maybe one day…

I lead the design system team in Ruter. Ruter Design System consists of tools, components, guidelines, and processes that enable teams to create rich, cohesive and meaningful experiences.
Collaboration is the key to our design system. We welcome and encourage designers to ideate upon the system and give feedback directly in Figma. We also have weekly cross team design reviews to align our work.
September 2017 - August 2020
I worked as UX lead for TV experience. My job involved coordinating within multiple focus teams to align our design process and allow for continuous product development. At RiksTV we fostered a collaborative and open approach to design; we use tools such as Figma, involved non designers in ideation and organise design sprints. We created a multi-platform TV experience which we are very proud of.

I worked in a small start up and took responsibility for all the creative decisions at the company which included everything from web design to interior design! At HAVAmedia we spent a lot of time on research and experimenting with new technologies like VR.
